Progressive Collection Consultants, LLC was formed in 1984 by a group of Collection Agency owners that had a need to have their lawsuits filed, served, and returned to the courts in a Professional, Timely, and Cost Effective manner.  At the time the county services could not offer these services with any reliability.  When PCC was formed we set a new standard in the Kansas City area for Process Servers both with the services we offered, and the quality of our work. 

PCC has developed working relationships with some of Kansas City's Top Law Firms and Collection Agencies.  We also have national accounts with Out Of State Law Firms, and Collection Agencies as well. Some of these clients have been with PCC for over 20 years.  In addition to our large clients we have extensive experience in Landlord/Tenant Services.  We also like to help the individual client needing simple Legal Process Services for one reason or another.

All Clients will receive a password, and log in so they may follow the up to date status of their order.  PCC has a very user friendly software system allowing our clients 24 hours access to their accounts, with daily updates on each assigned job.  In addition to our state of the art Process Serving Software, we also want our clients to know they may call us anytime of the day or night seven days a week.  We know that in the world of Process Serving flexibility is key in getting the job done, so we keep our customers happy by letting them know they can always talk to a real person when the need arises.
